AquaCafé S900 RO P5

Protection of Equipment and low cost maintenance

The NEW AquaCafé S900 gives the best protection from limescale forming calcium manganese salts. Reverse Osmosis gives a secure reduction in the level of chlorides that are relentless in the pitting of stainless steel. Life of your equipment and low maintenance cost are the beneficiaries.

Effective pretreatment of the water prior to entering the reverse osmosis membrane is provided. This critical process is essential for membrane protection and optimises production performance.

The two-stage post treatment system is for re-mineralisation to adjust conductivity and minimise corrosion.

The new AquaCafé S900 incorporates a higher capacity pump and operates on standard 240V AC power and includes an automatic flushing system. These features improve production reliability and achieves up to 900 litres per day of excellent quality water.

The system has been chemically engineered specifically for the coffee and food industry. The AquaCafé guards against the harmful and costly accumulation of limescale and chloride pitting. The S900 AquaCafé is compact and is not intrusive within the frequently cramped space available in commercial kitchens. The system can be suspended from a wall fitting and the tank size can be varied according to the specific operating environment.

This is a low cost reverse osmosis system. More importantly, check with your equipment supplier on the inexpensive and effective replacement set of four (4) cartridges that require a six monthly maintenance change and a membrane that should provide a 2-3 year life. In comparison with the cost and occupational hazards of de-scaling, the S900 is the intelligent option.

Quatro Food Fiter

Aqualife® Quattro Food Industry Filter

The Aqualife® Quattro filter cartridge has been chemically engineered specifically for use in the commercial kitchen equipment market to protect combi ovens, espresso equipment and other commercial kitchen equipment using heated water where chemical reactions rapidly intensifies.

The Quattro uses a bi-metal compound that works on the redox (oxidation reduction process) technology. The benefit in using this process is that the analysis of the water is restructured without any chemical interference. The process creates an electro-chemical reaction between molecules including some heavy metals such as lead, mercury and copper as well as converting free chlorine into a benign water soluble chloride. Most importantly, field reports claim that descaling is easier and faster and less acid is used to remove any accumulation in lime-scale. Furthermore, the Quattro will effectively control the growth of microorganisms without any toxic effects that arise from silver impregnated media. Consequently, the GAC is protected from the growth of bacteria.

The Aqualife® Quattro cartridge incorporates a 1 micron sediment filtration component. The depth of filtration prevents premature blockage but then allows the optimum protection of the GAC from suffocating from suspended solids such as mud and rust which completely nullifies the effectiveness of the carbon.

This filter is a drop in canister style cartridge and filtration system. Aqualife has deliberately not followed the global fashion of quick-fit or snap-on filtration systems. Consequently, the Aqualife Quattro food industry filter not only enhances the chemical engineering process of treating water but provides the market with a guarantee on achieving low long term maintenance costs.
